1. Eligibility

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. User Content

You may submit content such as ratings, reviews, list additions, and other contributions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Mass After Midnight a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion without notice.

5. Third-Party Content and Data

Mass After Midnight uses film metadata, images, and related data provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This information is used in accordance with TMDB’s terms of use. We do not claim ownership of this data, and its accuracy is not guaranteed.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code comprising the Service (excluding User Content and third-party data) is the property of Mass After Midnight or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary branding.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any film metadata, ratings, or other content on the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mass After Midnight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version on the Service with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
